40 "interruptions" to my chores, conversations, or quiet 

30 minutes of bedtime routine 

2 muddy walks to the chicken coop

This list may seem seem like a menial array of to-dos...  Even a dreadful regimen to endure. But I see that these are the actual moments that make up life. The very actions that compose my story.  

And while they amount to nothing, on their own... In Christ: it is worship.  

Lord, help me not miss out on the here and now. When you enter in to the "middle minutes" (Sara Hagerty), they become holy and precious.  Carry out your desire for fullness of joy in this list, this day, this life. 

By day the LORD commands his steadfast love, and at night his song is with me, a prayer to the God of my life.  Ps 42:8
